1.       Type www.mandhuniforms.com into any browser connected to the Internet

2.       On the M&H Home Page, Click on the box marked “Select Your Airline”

3.       On the next page, Click on the America West Airlines logo

4.       The America West Airlines e-Ordering web site Welcome Page will open

5.       On the Welcome Page, Click the “To Login Click Here!” button

6.       The America West Airlines e-Ordering “Login Page” will open



·        How to Log In

 

“Logging In” is how you identify yourself to the computer so you can ‘Enter’ a secure web site.

 

   

 

1.       On the Login Page, type your AWA Employee Number into the box provided

2.       Then type your Password into the box provided

3.       Then Click on the Red “Customer Login” Button

4.       The appropriate America West Airlines Home Page will open

·        How to Navigate the AWA e-Ordering Web Site

 

“Navigating” is how you move around a web site.

 

A web site is a collection of “pages”. To move from page to page, or navigate, you click your mouse on “links” -- links connect pages together.

You can tell when you find a “link” because your cursor will turn into a “pointing finger” like this:

 

 

Or you can navigate by clicking on a “Button” located on the Button Bar at the top of the page. The main six navigation buttons are labeled:



   You can also use the “Back” and “Forward” Arrows on your Browser to move forward or back among any pages you’ve already visited.

 

 

 

 

 

 

·        How to View Detail Descriptions of Clothing Items

 

1.       On the “Item Page”, Click on the blue-lettered “Item” number in the far left column of the Item List to open a Detail Description of the Item.

·        How to Enlarge Thumbnail Pictures of Items

 

1.        Some Items will be displayed with small photos called “Thumbnails”. Click on the Thumbnail photo to view an enlarged version of the picture. (Note: Not all Items have thumbnails, and not all thumbnails can be enlarged).

 

 

 

 

·        How to Choose Your Clothing Size

 

1.       Click on the Drop Arrow on the “Size” Column to display a list of available sizes for the Item you selected. Then Click the size on the list you want to buy. If you don’t know your size, visit the “Size Charts” Page.

 

 

 

 

 

·        How to View Size Charts

 

1.       Return to the Home Page. Click on the Direct Link marked “Size Charts”. A new page will open that allows you to choose between a Men’s Page and a Women’s Page. Click your choice to open the appropriate Size Chart.

·        How to Choose Garment Colors

 

1.       On the Item Page, Click on the Drop Arrow on the “Color” Column to display a list of available colors for the Item you selected. Then Click the color you want to buy. (Note: Most Items are available in only one color - in that case, no color choices will be offered).

 

 

 

 

·        How to Enter an Order

 

1.       On the Item Page, after selecting the color and size you want to order, Type in how many you want to buy in the “Qty” column. When you are completely finished shopping for Items, Click any of the Red “Buy” Buttons in the far right column on the Item List. A new page will open.

2.       Or you can leave the Item Page at any time without buying anything. You can Click a new Item from the “Our Uniforms” List which will generate a new Item List on the Item Page. Or you can Click any of the buttons on the Main Button Bar, or any of the three Red navigation buttons at the bottom of the page, to leave the page.

 



ORDER SUMMARY PAGE

 

3.       This “Order Summary Page” automatically opens after you Click the “Buy” Button on the Item Page. It shows you how many and which Items you have selected to buy, plus the Sub-total Cost of your pending Order. It also shows exactly what your Allotment Dollars balance is. You will see this page each time you add or subtract an Item on your Order.

 

4.       You can do three different things from this Page:

 

·        Keep Shopping

·        Modify Cart

·        Checkout

5.       Keep Shopping - Click this Red Button and you will return to the Search Page so you can begin selecting new Items.

 

6.       Modify Cart - Click this Red Button when you want to “delete” a pending Order or to change an Item quantity shown on the Order Summary Page.

 

7.       Checkout - Click this Red Button when you are completely finished shopping and are ready to leave the store.

 



CHECKOUT PAGE

 

 

8.       The “Checkout Page” opens after you Click “Checkout” on the Order Summary Page. It finalizes your pending Order. It calculates the Sales Tax and Shipping Costs and adds them to the Item Costs. It automatically applies any available Allotment Dollars to your purchase, calculates any remaining balance and displays the transaction totals.

 

9.       If there is not enough Allotment Dollars in your account to pay the full amount of the purchase, you will be requested to authorize a Credit Card charge for the balance. Just fill in the required information in the appropriate boxes.

 

10.   When you are satisfied that all of the information on the Checkout Page is correct, Click the Red “Submit Secure Order” Button at the bottom of the Checkout Page. Allow a few seconds for your Order to process, then a new page will open.

 



ORDER RECEIPT PAGE

 

11.   After submitting your Order, the “Order Receipt Page” will open. It will contain a unique “Order Number” that you should save for your records. A copy of the Order Receipt will be automatically e-mailed to customers that have e-mail addresses on file.

 

 

 

·        How to Spend Allotment Dollars

 

1.       Allotment Dollars are automatically deducted from your account with every purchase made until the balance is exhausted.

 

 

·        How to Buy with Your Credit Card

 

1.       Once all of your Allotment Dollars are spent, you have the option to purchase Items using your own personal Credit Card. The option to buy with your Credit Card is extended automatically when the Checkout Page is activated. You will be asked to authorize a Credit Card charge before submitting your Order.

 

  

·        How to View Prior Order History

 

1.       On the Toolbar, click on the Button marked “History”. The History Page will open. Select the date range or enter an order number you wish to search for and click "Show Order History". 

 

 

 

2.       The History Page will open.  Click on the Prior Ticket Number to Expand the Order and list all the stored information.  Click the Prior Tick Number a second time to collapse the Order.

 

 

 

 

·        How to Contact M&H Uniforms

 

1.       Click on the “E-Mail Us” Button at the top left of this Page to send M&H an e-mail message.

 

2.       Refer to the other Contact Information listed at the top of this Page if you need to telephone, fax or write to M&H Uniforms about any issue.

 

 

 

 

·        How to Read About the AWA Uniform Program

 

1.       From the Home Page, Click on the Direct Link marked “AWA Uniform Program”. The AWA Program Page will open.

 

 

 

 

·        How to Retrieve Your Password If You Forget It

 

1.       On the Login Page, Click the link marked “Forgot My Password”.

2.       The Password Recovery Page will open.

 

3.       Enter all three required security facts:

·        Date of Hire

·        Employee ID Number

·        Last 4 Digits of Social Security Number.

 

4.        Click the Red “Send Password” Button at the bottom of the page and your Password will be e-mailed to your registered e-mail address.

 

(NOTE: You can change and update your e-mail address using this form, but your password will not be delivered in that case until after the new e-mail address is verified by personal contact by an M&H Uniforms representative.)
