What Can I Purchase with My Allotment?

You can purchase all approved uniform items used in your uniform program. The E-Ordering Program is designed for you to shop with a set amount of money and order items to update and compliment your existing uniform wardrobe.

What if my size is outside the sizes listed for an item?

You will need to call Customer Service at (800) 888-9927 to get further instructions on placing your order.

What if I have questions about a discrepancy with my Allotment?

You should contact Customer Service at (800) 888-9927.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed will ship no later than 30  days from the Order Date. An e-mail confirmation of the order will be sent to you at the time of shipping that will include a tracking number and the address where the item has been shipped.

What if I don't have an email address?

How do I order?

Click on the items you are interested in. A description of the item, as well as the sizes available, will be displayed. Once you have chosen your size and the quantity you want, the item(s) will be placed in a "Shopping Cart". The cost of the item(s) is inclusive of freight. These items will be deducted from your Allotment balance.

What if I don’t want to order by computer, is there any other way to order?

The WEB-based e-Ordering system is the most efficient way to order. However, if you feel uncomfortable buying online you can order by phone at (800) 888-9927.

What if I exceed my Allotment?

The Check Out process will automatically recognize that your Allotment has been exhausted and will offer you the options to either cancel your order or to continue with the purchase using your personal Credit Card. The difference between the Allotment and the actual amount of the order will be charged to your Credit Card at the time of shipping. (NO charges will be made to your Credit Card until the item(s) purchased are actually shipped). You can always 'adjust', 'empty' or 'delete' items from your Shopping Cart to help you balance your Allotment spending

Can I order anytime using my Credit Card?

Once you have used your allotment, the only way to order is with your credit card. Just login and start ordering. You will be prompted onscreen to enter your Credit Card information at the time you are ready to Check Out.

What if I want to check on the status of my order?

If after 30 days from your order date,  you have not received your order you can e-mail info@mandhuniforms.com or call (800) 888-9927 to check the status of your order.

What if I don't know my size?

Most garments will match up in size similar to what you have worn in the past. If you are still uncertain, please contact M&H Uniforms Customer Service Representative at (800) 888-9927 or e-mail us at info@mandhuniforms.com

What if I need to return an item?

There will be a blank "Return" form in the box with your shipment with instructions as to how to process an exchange.

Wrong sizes or defective goods may be returned for exchange within a 30-day period from the receipt of order, provided the item(s) have not been worn, cleaned or altered.
 

If the uniform was purchased using the allowance: 

If the error in the shipped uniform is due to a mistake by M&H or a defect in the garment the pilot will not be responsible for any return shipping charges and will receive a full credit to include the shipping charges included in the original price. 

If the pilot makes a mistake ordering the wrong size or type of uniform article he or she will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

 

If the uniform was purchased using a personal credit card:

If the error in the shipped uniform is due to a mistake by M&H or a defect in the garment the pilot will not be responsible for any return shipping charges and will receive a full credit to include the shipping charges included in the original price. 

If the pilot makes a mistake ordering the wrong size or type of uniform article he or she will be responsible for the return shipping charges. 

Additionally, items returned for monetary credit are subject to a 15% re-stocking fee.
 

How do you ensure the security of my transaction?

The Skywest-M&H Uniforms-M&H Uniforms WEB site is a secure e-commerce site protected by a Thawte Digital Certificate. The Thawte process digitally 'encrypts' all of your personal and private information to protect it from unauthorized acquisition and dissemination.
