There will be a blank "Return" form in the box with
your shipment with instructions as to how to process an exchange.
Wrong sizes or defective goods may be returned for exchange within a
30-day period from the receipt of order, provided the item(s) have not
been worn, cleaned or altered.
If the uniform was purchased using the allowance:
If the error in the shipped uniform is due to a
mistake by M&H or a defect in the garment the pilot will not be
responsible for any return shipping charges and will receive a full
credit to include the shipping charges included in the original price.
If the pilot makes a mistake ordering the wrong
size or type of uniform article he or she will be responsible for the
return shipping charges.
If the uniform was purchased using a personal
credit card:
