Standard order processing can take between 1-3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays and weekends. To coordinate a Weekend delivery, please contact us for availability and pricing.
We ship Domestically and Internationally (tax, duty/customs, and shipping fees apply). Every effort is made to ship your order complete, however some products are shipped from separate warehouses and may require an additional shipment.
Please allow extra time for all shipment types for alterations requests, including pant hems or adjustments, striping on jackets - usually 2-5 business days.
Shipping and Delivery
We usually ship FedEx 2 Day®. Upon request, we will offer Overnight Next Day. Overnight Next-Day must be received by 11:00 AM and must be confirmed/verified by the customer service department by calling 800-888-9927 Monday-Friday 8-5 PST.
Standard Ground Shipping Service (FedEx Ground®)
Orders delivered within the 48 contiguous states should arrive in 4-7 business days, depending on the delivery location.
Second Day Shipping Service (FedEx 2 Day®)
Second Day is only available on select products for our customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Second Day delivery orders may be processed on the same day if they are placed by 11:00 AM PT M-F and do not require alterations or modifications.
Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT will be processed the following business day and should arrive in 3 business days.
Alaska and Hawaii Shipping Service (FedEx AIR 2nd Day®)
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii are subject to a $30 surcharge and must be shipped via FedEx 2nd Day Air, however delivery is typically 4-5 days + processing time.
Next Day Shipping Service (Overnight Next Day)
Next Day delivery is only available on select products for customers who ship orders within the 48 contiguous United States. Next Day delivery orders will be processed on the same day, if they are placed before 11:00 AM PT on a business day and should arrive in 1 business day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM PT will be processed on the following business day and should arrive in 2 business days.
Not all items are eligible for expedited delivery. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will take an additional 2-5 days for delivery and are subject to an additional $50 delivery fee.
No Shipping to P.O. Boxes
Important: Please note that we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Oversized Shipping Charges
When shipping in bulk or for unusually sized product orders, M&H Uniforms may need to quote shipping costs accordingly. If you have questions about bulk ordering or drop ship orders, please contact your M&H Uniforms directly at email@example.com or call 800-888-9927.
From time to time, M&H will email special discounts and offer promotional “free shipping.” Our promo may require an order minimum or the purchase of a specific item. To take advantage of this special offer, please select “ground shipping” and allow approximately 7-10 business days for delivery, plus processing time.
Some orders may require a signature at the time of delivery. If a signature is required, the carrier will make three delivery attempts, excluding weekends and holidays. Carrier will not deliver unless they acquire a signature.
If an order is returned back to M&H, we will apply the cost associated with the return/reshipment against the order. To avoid extra shipping costs, please make sure an authorized adult is available to sign for your package.
Lost or Damaged Packages
In the event of a lost or damaged package, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to make a formal report. A claim must be filed within ten days of your scheduled delivery date (listed in your shipment email). We will do our best to help you find your package.
Refunds on Shipping Cost
If items are returned to M&H by the customer, freight, including applicable taxes, are non-refundable.
Shipping Address Changes
Redirected shipments cannot be guaranteed, as we must work through the shipping carrier. We will do our best to accommodate your request and to update you on the information available. Please call or email M&H Uniforms to request a redirect (carrier change fee may apply).
Our hats are custom made to order by Midway Cap Company. The average manufacturing time is 5-6 weeks, plus shipping.
Any/all address changes must be submitted in writing to email@example.com. If M&H can get confirmation of the change from Midway Cap Company, we will acknowledge back with written verification. Due to the various order and shipping stages, we cannot guarantee changes that are not verified.
